Common questions from guests

Is vehicle parking available? Is a parking reservation required? What is the height restriction for vehicles?
Our hotel has parking lot for two cars on the 1st floor and by telephone reservation only. 
The price is 1200 JPY for a one-night stay(until 12 p.m the next day).
It has restriction of 5 meters in length, 1.9 meters in width and 1.6 meters in height.
Is  an ice machine available?
A free ice machine is located in the restarunt 'CONA' on the 1st floor.
Can I ship my luggage in advance using a delivery service?
Our front reception desk accepts deliveries by Sagawa Express. Users can select either prepayment or payment on delivery.
Cardboard boxes, covers, and other shipping materials are also sold at the front desk.
Are there any restraunts in the hotel?
There are not restaurants in the hotel. Only breakfast is served in the 1st floor restaurant 'CONA' which is from 7am to 10am.
What sort of items can I borrow?
The following items can be borrowed from the front desk. (A limited number of items are available. Reservations are not accepted.) [Items borrowed for free]Charger, Trouser press, Iron, Corkscrew, sewing kit.
Is a large public bath available?
Our hotel does not have a large public bath. However, the natural hot spring "Spa World" is located within walking distance of the hotel.
What is the latest possible time for check-in?
As a general rule, the final check-in time at our hotel is 0:00 (midnight).
However, exceptions may be made for guests who contact the hotel in advance.
Do I need to contact the hotel if my check-in time changes?
Yes, please contact our hotel if there is a change to the scheduled check-in time stated by the guest when making a reservation. In some cases, we may cancel reservations if the scheduled arrival time has been exceeded without prior contact.
Is there a waiting list for cancellations?
Our hotel does not have a waiting list for cancellations.
What are the cancellation fees?
The following cancellation rules apply at our hotel.
◆No-show (cancellation): 100% of lodging fees
◆Day of reservation (cancellation): 80% of lodging fees
◆Day before reservation (cancellation): 50% of lodging fees
*Separate cancellation policies are defined for special lodging plans.
Can you keep my valunable?
There are safety box in each rooms. We can keep it also at reseption. Please feel free to come to the front desk.
What is your child policy?
As a general rule, we do not charge lodging fees for children who are 12 years or younger and sleep together with their parents.
However, guestroom amenities are not provided for such children. If amenities are required (when one child uses one bed), adult fees are charged.
*Amenities such as children's towels and slippers are not available.
Also, breakfast is free for children who are 3 years or younger. However, a fee of 1000 yen (excluding tax) is charged for children who are 4 years or older.
Can people other than hotel guests eat at the breakfast buffet?
We limit only customers who stay in our hotel.

Access from nearest station
2 minutes walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station on Osaka metro line. Please go up from the 5th exit by the escalator. There is "MARUHAN(Pachinko parlor)" in front and you can go left along "MARUHAN" and walk along Sakaisuji road to the north. Our hotel on the right side.
Access from Umeda Station
6 Stations from Umeda Station on Osaka metro line. 2 minutes walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station.
Where is the bus stop for the shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport?
There is no shuttle bus stop near our hotel. A shuttle bus bound for Kansai International Airport daparts from OCAT(Osaka City Air Terminal) directly connected to Namba Station on JR Line.
Is there a convenience store located nearby?
Yes, Daily Yamazaki located in front of our hotel.

Hotel information

Does the hotel have a curfew?
No, we do not.
However, the entrance will be locked at night (1 a.m - 5 a.m) for security reasons.
Guests can enter the hotel with their key.
Please use the intercom if you have any problems.
Our staff are available 24 hours a day.

Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?
Guests can leave their luggage at the front desk before checking in and after checking out.
