Our hotel features an outstanding location. A dedicated shuttle bus connects the hotel
and Kansai International Airport in about 20 minutes. Inside of the hotel, 
refresh from the weariness of travel at facilities such as a large bath, 
sauna and fitness center exclusively for hotel guests.
Osaka City can be accessed directly
by train from Hineno Station, which is a 1-minute walk from our hotel.

Reservations are required for the bus from the hotel. It may not be possible to ride in the shuttle if all seats are full.

Common questions from guests

Is there a shuttle bus between the hotel and the Kansai International Airport?
Yes, our hotel operates a shuttle bus exclusively for hotel guests.
Shuttles departing from the airport can be used without a reservation.
Reservations are accepted for shuttles departing from the hotel. Shuttle reservations can also be made when checking in. (first-come, first-serve basis in both cases)
Is vehicle parking available? Is a parking reservation required? What is the height restriction for vehicles?
Free parking is available for the duration of your stay.
Parking is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are not accepted. There are no height restrictions for parking lots.
Vehicles can be parked in the spaces in front of the hotel or in "Hineno Eki-mae Parking No. 1" (affiliated parking facility) located on the south side of our hotel.
When parking in Hineno Eki-mae Parking No. 1, please show your parking receipt at the front desk when checking in and before exiting the parking lot. Front desk staff will issue discount tickets for free parking during the duration of your stay.
Can I leave my vehicle at the hotel while traveling?
Guests staying at our hotel can leave their vehicles at our hotel. A fee of 1,080 yen will be charged for a week period including the lodging dates. For periods exceeding 1 week, an additional daily fee of 1,080 yen will be charged.
*Exceptions may apply in the case of special lodging plans and other campaigns which include parking fees.
When leaving your vehicle at our hotel, please notify front desk staff at the time of check-in. You will be asked to complete related documentation and deposit your key at the front desk until leaving with your vehicle. Staff will guide you to the specified parking area at that time.
Are there any places to eat around the hotel?
Yes.
An Aeon shopping mall, Japanese pub, and other restaurants are located within an 8-minute walk from the hotel.
Only the Japanese pub is open after 22:00. Please be careful regarding mealtime when arriving late at night.
A 7-Eleven convenience store is located in front of JR Hineno Station, a 1-minute walk from our hotel.

What are your cancellation charge?
The following cancellation rules apply at our hotel.
•No-show (cancellation): 100% of lodging fees
•Day of reservation (cancellation): 80% of lodging fees
•Day before reservation (cancellation): 50% of lodging fees

Access

How do I reach the hotel from the nearest station?
Get off at Hineno Station on the JR Hanwa Line. After passing through the ticket gates, proceed to the West Exit on your right. Go down the stairs and exit the station. Directly in front of you on the other side of the road is a walkway leading to our hotel's parking lot. The hotel entrance is on the other side of the parking lot. (1-minute walk from station)
If you are carrying heavy luggage, there is an elevator on your left after exiting the ticket gates. Go down the elevator, proceed to your right, and cross the railroad crossing. A walkway leading to our hotel's parking lot is on your left.

Hotel information

Does the hotel have a curfew?
No. Guests are free to enter and exit the front entrance 24-hours a day. However, for the safety of our guests, the automatic doors facing Hineno Station are locked at night. Please use the front entrance.
Can I send my luggage from the hotel? Can I send my luggage to the hotel?
Yes, luggage can be sent.
Sending luggage from the hotel
The front desk of our hotel uses Yamato Transport. Both prepayment and payment on delivery can be used.
Cardboard boxes for shipping are also sold at the front desk.
The front desk is crowded with guests checking out from 07:00 to 08:00. Please perform shipping procedures in advance.
Sending luggage to the hotel
Please list the reservation name (furigana) and dates of your stay on the shipping invoice and send to the front desk.
Luggage delivered prior to the check-in date will be kept at the front desk. Our hotel cannot make payment on delivery on behalf of customers. Please pay when sending the luggage.

Can I leave luggage with the front desk before checking in and after checking out?
Yes, luggage can be left at the front desk. Front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

Yes, a laundry room is located outside of main entrance on your left.

Washers and dryers can be used free of charge.
Single packs of detergent are sold at the front desk for 50 yen.
Is a microwave available?
Yes, a microwave is located inside of the fitness center on the 2nd floor.
(The microwave can be used free of charge 24-hours a day.)
Are there computers I can rent?
Rental PCs are not available, but there are two PCs which can be used by guests in the PC area in the 1st floor area. (PCs can be used free of charge 24-hours a day.)
If other guests are waiting, please refrain from using these PCs for long periods of time.)
Is there a large public bath?
Separate baths for men and women are located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. There are also saunas inside of the baths.
Bath hours are from 16:00 to 24:00, and from 06:00 to 10:00.
Towels are not available at the bath. Please take the towels from your room.
Can I exchange money at the hotel?
The only exchange which can be made is from US dollars to Japanese yen.
Please inquire at the front desk.

Guestroom facilities

Are a toothbrush set, pajamas and hair dryer provided in guestrooms?
Yes.
Other standard amenities include a shaving razor, hand towel, bath towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc.
Also, combs and shower caps are available at the front desk.
Is internet access available?
Yes. Free internet access is available in all guestrooms via Wi-Fi and LAN.
LAN cables are provided in guestrooms. Wi-Fi is also available in the lobby, restaurants, and banquet rooms. Wi-Fi service can be used for free when accessing an SSID beginning with BWKA (no password required).
Are refrigerators available in guest rooms?
Yes. Guestroom refrigerators are empty and available for use by guests.
Vending machines are located on the 1st floor (soft drinks) and 2nd floor inside of the large bath (soft drinks, alcoholic beverages).
Is an ice machine available?
Yes.
Ice machines are located at the end of hallways on the 3rd, 8th, and 13th floors (can be used free of charge 24-hours a day).
Can I drink the tap water in guestrooms?
Yes.
Water from faucets in guestrooms is filtered water.
For hot water, please use the electric kettle provided inside of the basket under the desk in guestrooms.
Are children's pajamas and slippers available?
We apologize, children's pajamas and slippers are not available.
Only one-size-fits-all pajamas and slippers for adults are provided.
